Supporting Charles & Keith's presence in the Italian market through a full creator seeding programme — from talent identification and outreach to product placement, tracking and reporting. Work also extended to selecting and inviting Italian creators and press to brand gifting suites at Fashion Weeks in London, Copenhagen and New York. Alongside the creator work, local press relations were managed to secure editorial coverage across Italy's leading fashion titles.
Associazione Civita is one of Italy's most established cultural institutions — a strategic hub that bridges the private and public sectors around a shared mission: promoting culture as a driver of sustainable economic and social development, with a growing ambition to build international relevance. The brief was to give the organisation a coherent, contemporary identity and a communications presence to match.
Developed the organisation's full brand positioning framework including brand pillars, proposition and narrative — which then informed the creation of a comprehensive brand book. Also developed the organisation's new tagline, 'Dove Cultura e Impresa Generano Futuro', now in active use across their official communications channels. Worked directly with Associazione Civita's leadership to define a coherent identity fit for international audiences, acting as strategic intermediary between institutional stakeholders and the external branding agency throughout the process.
Relaunched a dormant account — the page had been inactive due to lost credentials — introducing a new content strategy combining event coverage, a branded member spotlight series and designed visual formats. Worked alongside a junior social media manager across content creation, production and calendar planning on both Instagram and LinkedIn. The new formats consistently generated higher engagement than previous activity. Instagram following grew from around 1,000 to over 5,000 over the period, with LinkedIn posts reaching broader audiences through the refreshed content approach.
Over three years at ASOS, the work spanned the full communications mix across Italy, Spain and wider Europe. This meant building and owning the creator strategy for both markets — identifying talent, managing agency relationships and running gifting programmes independently. It also meant planning and executing press events at key moments in the fashion calendar, coordinating multi-market PR agencies, and facilitating editorial access to ASOS design leadership for press and industry audiences.
ASOS's debut menswear presentation at Pitti Uomo — held on the rooftop of the Westin Hotel in Florence. A first for the brand at this level, drawing European press and creators across markets. Included coordinating one-to-one press interviews with ASOS design directors on-site. Coverage included GQ Germany and L'Officiel.
A pre-season cocktail event bringing together 190 editors, stylists and creators — Vogue Italia, GQ, Grazia, L'Uomo Vogue, Vanity Fair and The Blonde Salad among them. The strongest Italian market attendance the brand had seen, generating 10.8M in social reach. Coverage secured across Vogue Italia, GQ Italia and Cosmopolitan Italia during the period.
